and "Installation" Solutions satisfy (only) the following

- Complete the (basic) re-branding of the
(original) source code with the corresponding
information provided by you, consisting of
the replacement of the following:
- Any and all information specific to,
proprietary or confidential to, and/or
with copyrights owned any party other
than yourself. This information will be
provided to The Virtual Consulting Firm
by you upon initiation of the project.
- This includes any logos, graphics,
"brand names", etc. proprietary or
confidential to, and/or with copyrights
owned any party other than yourself.
- This does not include any changes
to the programmatic syntax of the
programming language in which the
original source code is written.
- Complete the (basic) installation and execution
of the application(s), and underlying MySQL
database, on a (single) web host / server,
for which The Virtual Consulting Firm's Consultants
have unrestricted remote and root access as
of the initial of the project.
- This does not include any changes and/or
enhancements to any of the functionality of
the (original) application(s).

- The availability of the operating application(s),
as re- branded with information (iff) provided
by you, on the (single) web host / server
selected / provided by you.
- We grant you
the unlimited license to resell your re-branded

The
VCF's Exclusive Enhancements for
Your Applications:
**(E2) The Virtual Consulting
Firm (The VCF) is pleased to announce that we have added
a number of VCF Exclusive Enhancements, Features to and
Tools for use with your re-branded applications to address
many of your wants and needs relative to these applications.
“The VCF Exclusives” common to all of the Windows-based
(MS VC++)Client Applications:
1. The VCF has enhanced / customized all of the Windows-based
Client Applications that originally required a registration
check(s), and if this registration check failed for any
reason they would shut down, such that these registration
checks may be disabled at will and the application continues
to operate. This VCF Exclusive Feature may be enabled and
disable through the generation and use of a key with encrypted
content tied to a specific machine's hardware for added
security.
This VCF Exclusive Feature also enables you to run your
rebranded version of our Windows-based Applications, in
the event(s) of the unavailability of your associated server-based
database and even to utilize, distribute and/or sell them
as “stand alone” Windows client applications! :)

The Virtual Consulting Firm's (Brilliant and Awesome! ;))
MS VC++ Consultants developed some new VCF Exclusive Features
that will, hopefully, help you to understand what is going
on "behind the scenes" with all of your VCF delivered applications,
i.e. what kind of network activity is performed by any of
the applications.
a) The first such enhancement that we have added, is a "Network
Verbose Mode". This mode can be set and unset as you desire.
When set, this "triggers" ALL of The VCF delivered versions
of the Windows-based Applications to pop up a message box
before performing and informing you of any network-related
activity being performed by that application. For example,
sending a HTTP GET request to an application web site. So,
it is easy to see what web resources are being accessed
by various applications!
**(E3) Our WPOM V3 has several additional very
powerful features not present / available in the V2 version
In addition to the significant enhancements in WPOM V2 of
your being able to add to, change and/or delete from the
set of templates available in your WPOM V3 (which could
only be done with significant code modifications to the
WPOM V2 version), which may be done by (from/also in the
VCF_WPOMV3_README file) ...
" 3. It is very possible for you to add, modify and/or customize
the web site templates. They are located in *.rmp files
in the app directory. You just need to temporarily rename
them to *.html and edit using any html editor (or even notepad)
carefully trying not to break the template structure. You
may test them by replacing the original files in the application
directory with the modified ones and creating the web pages.
When you are done, you may send them to us and we may further
customize and include them into install program for you
if you wish. "
The additional features of the user being able to Submit
their web site(s) / page(s) to a set of Search Engines and/or
FFA sites, which you may customize and add to as you so
wish, from within WPOM V3, via the 'Promote Page' features
is much more flexibile and powerful than the fixed set of
promotion sites / Search Engines available in WPOM V2.
Further, you may direct and use the 'Advanced Studies' browser
features to direct every user of your version of WPOM V3
to a "Start Page" of your choice, which has all kinds of
possibilties for what you might like to market there and
when, again to every recipient of your version of WPOM V3,
right?
Please also note that right now!, as far as we know, there
are very few people who have and/or are offering all of
these features in our WPOM V3, and therefore you have the
opportunity to be one of the "first to market" with a product
with all of these capabilities! :) Pretty Cool! B-) huh?
