      • Complete the (basic) re-branding of the (original) MJFP source code with the corresponding information provided by you, consisting of the replacement of the following:
        • Any and all information specific to, proprietary or confidential to, and/or with copyrights owned any party other than yourself. This information will be provided to The Virtual Consulting Firm by you upon initiation of the project.
          • This includes any logos, graphics, "brand names", etc. proprietary or confidential to, and/or with copyrights owned any party other than yourself.
          • This does not include any changes to the programmatic syntax of the programming language in which the original source code is written.
      • Complete the (basic) installation and execution of the MJFP application(s), and underlying MySQL database, on a (single) web host / server, for which The Virtual Consulting Firm's Consultants have unrestricted remote and root access as of the initial of the project.
      • This does not include any changes and/or enhancements to any of the functionality of the (original) MJFP application(s).
    • Solution Completion Criteria:
      • The availability of the operating MJFP application(s), as re- branded with information (iff) provided by you, on the (single) web host / server selected / provided by you.

    **(E1)     The VCF's enhanced version of the (vcf_)gatling program accepts command line arguments describing the names and positions of relevant fields in a given mailing list. This allows The VCF's enhanced version of the (vcf_)gatling program to be used for any mailing list format.

    The VCF's enhanced version of the (vcf_)superweeder program supports the added feature allowing users to specify which field position to focus on when eliminating duplicate email records. It weeds out duplicate rows from the mailing list. You may further have The VCF's enhanced version of the (vcf_)superweeder program target the email address fields specifically.

    **(E2) The Virtual Consulting Firm (The VCF) is pleased to announce that we have added a number of VCF Exclusive Enhancements, Features to and Tools for use with the MJFP applications to address many of your wants and needs relative to these MJFP applications.

    “The VCF Exclusives” common to all of the Windows-based (MS VC++) MJFP Client Applications:

    1. The VCF has enhanced / customized all of the Windows-based MJFP Client Applications that originally required a registration check(s), and if this registration check failed for any reason they would shut down, such that these registration checks may be disabled at will and the application continues to operate. This VCF Exclusive Feature may be enabled and disable through the generation and use of a key with encrypted content tied to a specific machine's hardware for added security.

    This VCF Exclusive Feature also enables you to run your rebranded version of our Windows-based MJFP Applications, in the event(s) of the unavailability of your associated server-based database and even to utilize, distribute and/or sell them as “stand alone” Windows client applications! :)

    Please see The VCF's V-Lock License Management System for solutions to all your further licensing and registration needs for your re-branded and/or other Windows-based Applications.

    2. This is Very Cool! B-) and we hope that you really like and appreciate the following! :) ...

    The Virtual Consulting Firm's (Brilliant and Awesome! ;)) MS VC++ Consultants developed some new VCF Exclusive Features that will, hopefully, help you to understand what is going on "behind the scenes" with all of your VCF delivered MJFP applications, i.e. what kind of network activity is performed by any of the MJFP applications.

    a) The first such enhancement that we have added, is a "Network Verbose Mode". This mode can be set and unset as you desire. When set, this "triggers" ALL of The VCF delivered versions of the Windows-based MJFP Applications to pop up a message box before performing and informing you of any network-related activity being performed by that MJFP application. For example, sending a HTTP GET request to an application web site. So, it is easy to see what web resources are being accessed by various MJFP applications!

    **(E3) Our WPOM V3 has several additional very powerful features not present / available in the V2 version

    In addition to the significant enhancements in WPOM V2 of your being able to add to, change and/or delete from the set of templates available in your WPOM V3 (which could only be done with significant code modifications to the WPOM V2 version), which may be done by (from/also in the VCF_WPOMV3_README file) ...

    " 3. It is very possible for you to add, modify and/or customize the web site templates. They are located in *.rmp files in the app directory. You just need to temporarily rename them to *.html and edit using any html editor (or even notepad) carefully trying not to break the template structure. You may test them by replacing the original files in the application directory with the modified ones and creating the web pages. When you are done, you may send them to us and we may further customize and include them into install program for you if you wish. "

    The additional features of the user being able to Submit their web site(s) / page(s) to a set of Search Engines and/or FFA sites, which you may customize and add to as you so wish, from within WPOM V3, via the 'Promote Page' features is much more flexibile and powerful than the fixed set of promotion sites / Search Engines available in WPOM V2.

    Further, you may direct and use the 'Advanced Studies' browser features to direct every user of your version of WPOM V3 to a "Start Page" of your choice, which has all kinds of possibilties for what you might like to market there and when, again to every recipient of your version of WPOM V3, right?

    Please also note that right now!, as far as we know, there are very few people who have and/or are offering all of these features in our WPOM V3, and therefore you have the opportunity to be one of the "first to market" with a product with all of these capabilities! :) Pretty Cool! B-) huh?

    **(E4) Our Consultants have recently developed (“from scratch”) a web page interface that provides you with the additional capabilities of uploading a mailing list file in a comma delimited (*.csv) format (including the following fields: “email address”,”firstname”,”lastname”, which we understand is the format and content of many of the “mailing list” available to you for your acquisition), into the UberMailer mailing list(s) (which are pipe ‘|’ delimited text files) for your immediate use with your version of UberMailer. Nice! :) huh?

    **(E5) Our Consultants have recently developed (“from scratch”) a Submit Site web page(s) and the associated scripts to allow you and/or your visitors / customers to Submit their Site to your rebranded version of the Aesop.com Search Engine database. Pretty Cool! B-) huh?

    **(E6) Our Consultants have recently developed (“from scratch”) the additional capability to include the Recipients Email Address into a clickable message sent to each recipient through which they may automatically remove themselves from all UM mailing lists, for your immediate use with your version of UberMailer. Nice! :) huh?

    **(E7) Our Consultants have recently developed (“from scratch”) the additional capabilities that enables UM to send HTML and/or plain text email messages, for your immediate use with your version of UberMailer. Pretty Cool! B-) huh?

    **(E8) Our Consultants have recently completed the development of the ASE Metatag web page(s) and the associated scripts to allow you and/or your visitors / customers to also utilize the ASE Metatag in your rebranded version of the Aesop.com Search Engine database.

    **(E9) Our Consultants have recently completed the development of the ExitBlaze and StartBlaze Member Totals Administrative web page(s) and the associated scripts to allow you view the totals for each type of Membership in your rebranded version of ExitBlaze (EB), StartBlaze (SB) and StartBlaze Pro (SBPRO). That would be nice! :) wouldn't it?!

    **(E10) Our Consultants have recently completed the development of the StartBlaze Cancel Pro Membership Administrative web page(s) and the associated scripts to allow you to "downgrade" a Member from a StartBlaze Pro (paid) Membership to only a StartBlaze(free) Membership in your rebranded version of StartBlaze. That would be help! :) wouldn't it?!

    **(E13) Our Consultants have recently completed the development of our ExitBlaze and StartBlaze Export E-mail List Administrative web page(s) and the associated scripts to allow you to export all of your ExitBlaze or StartBlaze Members' Names and Email Addresses to either a comma ',' (*.csv) or pipe '|'delimited text file suitable for upload / import into your version of Ubermailer - Please also see The VCF's UberMailer - CSV Upload enhancement above - and/or other email program(s)

    **(E14) The original MJFP 2-Tier Affiliate Software is designed to charge (indefinitely) and pay Affiliate Commissions based on a monthly fee for the Product sold. We are also able to provide you with the option to offer / sell your Product(s) and pay Affiliate Commissions through the 2-Tier Affiliate Software at either a Fixed Price or offering your customers the option of paying by (a finite number of) installments.

    **(E15) The original MJFP 2-Tier Affiliate Software is designed to sell (only) the (single) Web Site Life Line (Windows-based client) Product. We are also able to provide you with the ability to offer / sell and pay Affiliate Commissions for your additional Product(s) through your same 2-Tier Affiliate Software. Isn't that Great?! :)

    Courtland man charged in deaths of father, stepmom
    A 37-year-old man was charged Monday in the deaths of his father and stepmother, who were found Friday on their Carrsville property. Relatives and friends had grown concerned about Sandra and Joseph Joyner on Friday and called Isle of Wight County sheriff's deputies to check on them about 11:30 a.m. They had last been seen Thursday night.
