Dear Fellow Virtual Consultants,
Can the concepts of Virtual Consulting be Too
Successful?
May be? … What do you all think?
Well … As you may see … There has been an unplanned
“hiatus” in
publishing VCDL Digests, for which I hope you
will accept my apologies …
As we have been having difficulties composing
Postings for inclusion in
the VCDL …
Primarily, due to the Overwhelming Success and
Growth of our virtual
consulting business! :)
We now have a sizeable and continuously growing
base of (paying) clients
all over the world! :)
Being provided all kinds of virtual consulting
products and services by
Virtual Consultants from all over the world! :)
So … not only does “this Virtual Consulting ‘Stuff’
Work”! …
It works Very Well!
Too Well? …
Nah! ;)
IMHO, this also shows an increasing acceptance
of the concepts of
Virtual Consulting by a growing market of clients
who realize that their
projects may be successfully performed from wherever,
whenever and by
whomever (qualified Consultants) …
Which IOHO is Great! J for all of us! :)
Right?
What do you all think about and see in terms
of an increasing acceptance
of the concepts of Virtual Consulting by a growing
market of clients?
How about among Consultants?
Do they “get it”?
Do they see it is (highly) attractive to / for
them?
Are you also seeing growth and increasing business
and clients for your
Virtual Consulting Business(es)?
Why do you think these positive trends for Virtual
Consulting have come
about now?
Do you think these positive trends Virtual Consulting
will continue?
Why? Or Why Not?
We look forward to hearing your thoughts, ideas,
comments and feedback
regarding all of this!
Thank you for your participation,

Hello All --
Currently I am considering a partnership for
a virtual consulting
firm. One aspect is that the firm would cross
national boundaries,
since the organizer is in Canada.
Has anyone had any experience with this situation?
I am trying to
determine what sort of questions ought to be asked.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Automation Tools

Dear Fellow Virtual Consultants,
Given that “Time = Money ($’s)” ….
Hopefully you will agree with me that any task
that may be partially
and/or fully automated to remove manual / redundant
effort on your part
will help improve your productivity, efficiency,
effectiveness and
ultimately the profitiability of your Virtual
Consulting endeavors …
Right?
So … Tools that help you automate these tasks
are desireable, beneficial
and valuable, to you! :) Right?
Well we have, and continue to find, compile,
and provide access to sets
of Automation Tools for your benefit and use!
:)
You may find links to the sites to free downloads
for each of
these Automation Tools at:
http://www.thevcf.com/vccenter.phtml#AUTO
1) RoboForm
Firstly, in the category of PC Remote Access
/ Control, a fellow
consultant recommended Timbuktu.
RoboForm is a password manager and one-click web
form filler with some
serious Artificial Intelligence inside. What it
can do:
• Save password info from login form.
• Auto fill password info to login form.
• Automatic login to online accounts.
• Fill long online forms from Identities.
• Save "offline passwords" to Safenotes.
• Generate Secure Random Passwords.
• Encrypt passwords using 3-DES.
• All personal info is securely stored on your
computer only.
• Put passwords on USB KeyChain for extra security.
• Sync your passwords and safenotes to a Palm.
• Backup & Restore, Print passwords.
• More features
RoboForm is FREE with some limitations.
• It is well-behaved: NO ADWARE, NO SPYWARE.
• Works under Windows as an add-on to browser:
Internet Explorer, AOL,
MSN, Avant, MyIE2, Slim, NN7, Mozilla.
What other Automation Tools and/or productivity
enhancing software have
you had experience
with?
Which ones would you recommend to use or to stay
away from?
Why? or Why Not?
We look forward to hearing from you for our mutual
benefit.
Hope this helps!

Dear Fellow Virtual Consultants,
Given that conducting any kinds of business globally
and/or Virtually
certainly requires the need to be able to most
easily, efficiently and

As well as being able to sell products online,
etc. with minimal human
interaction / manual effort possible! ;), right?

providers, etc. for
your benefit and use! :)

Dear Fellow Virtual Consultants,
You all, probably as do we, find yourselves involved
in many web site,
page and/or graphic design and development activities,
yes?
Typically one of the most time consuming parts
of these types of
projects (other than figuring out what the client
really wants! ;) ) is
the development of “stunning” and/or “sexy” graphics
to make these sites
/ pages really “stand out” and “shine”!
So … We have also begun, and continue to find,
compile, and provide
access to sets of helpful Web and Graphics Templates
for your benefit
and use! :)
You may find links to the sites for each of these
collections of Web and
Graphics Templates at:
http://www.thevcf.com/vccenter.phtml#GRAPHIC
What other Web and Graphics Templates sites,
collections, etc. have you
had experience with?
Which ones would you recommend to use or to stay
away from?
Why? or Why Not?
We look forward to hearing from you for our mutual
benefit.
Hope this helps!

#7 What would you like to see in Your
Virtual Consulting Discussion List [VCDL]
-----------------------------------------------------------
Dear Virtual Consulting Discussion List Members,
Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies again
for the greater than
desirable time lapses between the Digests of The
Virtual Consulting
Discussion List.
Secondly, and most importantly, whereas the purpose
of The Virtual
Consulting Discussion List is really for You All!
:) to discuss any
topics related to Virtual Consulting …
Please let us know:
1) What would you like to see in your Virtual
Consulting Discussion
List?
2) What would you like to see More of in your
Virtual Consulting
Discussion List?
3) What would you like to see Less of in your
Virtual Consulting
Discussion List?
4) How might we encourage more Member participation
in your Virtual
Consulting Discussion List?
It makes for much less of a task to compose a
Digest of The Virtual
Consulting Discussion List, and IMHO, much more
interesting and lively
reading when we have all kinds of Great Postings
from our Members! :)
And don't you all get sick of my ramblings anyway?
;)
Further, again it is through your participation
that you get the
opportunity to network with other Virtual Consultants
and "show your
stuff"! :)
So ... It's a "Big Win-Win" for everyone
when you actively participate,
ok?
As always, All of your comments, feedback, etc.
are both Welcome and
Most Appreciated! :)
