1. Who you are (e.g. name, position. title etc)
2. Why people should listen to you (e.g. your credentials)
3. Recommendation of  something you are selling.  This MUST be in the 3rd voice (i.e. voice of the editor of  the publication)
4. Last sentence must end in a colon (:) and refer to the product you are selling.
